Petition

 I was diagnosed 9 months after turning 40. If I lived in USA, I would have been invited to have a mammogram shortly after my 40th Birthday. I wondered if early cell changes may have been identified. Should all women be invited to have regular health checks earlier even a questionnaire about self examination ?
